2. Description of Service

SleptOn is a social music discovery platform that allows users to share and discover music recommendations. The app integrates with Apple Music to provide playback and search functionality. An Apple Music subscription is required for full playback features.

3. Account Registration

To use SleptOn, you must sign in using Sign in with Apple. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Be at least 13 years of age

4. User Conduct

When using SleptOn, you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam, manipulate, or abuse the reputation system
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on SleptOn, including recommendations and comments. By posting content, you grant SleptOn a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the app. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of posting it.

6. Reputation System

SleptOn uses a reputation system to rank user recommendations. Your reputation is earned through community feedback. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove reputation points in cases of abuse or manipulation. Reputation tiers and badges are earned based on community engagement and may be modified at our discretion.

7. Apple Music Integration

SleptOn integrates with Apple Music through MusicKit. Your use of Apple Music content is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. SleptOn is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. An active Apple Music subscription is required to access full playback functionality.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SleptOn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of user-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleptOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of SleptOn after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
